FederUnacoma, the Federation of agricultural machinery manufacturers that organizes EIMA, confirms the dual appointment of the 44th edition of the exhibition, divided into a digital preview (EDP online, 11/15 November 2020) and a “physical” exhibition (BolognaFiere, 3/7 February 2021).
The Covid emergency has slowed down the agricultural machinery market, but the demand for 0 is potentially very high, and businesses need an event that brings together the technologies produced by the industries in the sector with the needs of agriculture in different areas of the world. Pat
Participation in EIMA International has been very high from the moment when registrations for the great event were opened in September 2019. And still today – despite the health emergency that has hit the sector’s production and trade events – the group of registered manufacturers is very large and strong.
Unlike other trade exhibitions, that recorded a sharp decline in participants even before the pandemic and therefore decided to cancel their event, EIMA International maintains a very high profile, as it currently has a contractual obligation towards 1,600 exhibitors, aiming to offer them the best business opportunities.
Safety always comes first
Regarding the specific safety needs of EIMA, which will be held at the beginning of next year, FederUnacoma and BolognaFiere have set up a technical group of experts. They have the task of verifying the rigorous application of the anti-Covid protocols, as well as developing measures adapted to the particular characteristics of the event.
The Bologna Exhibition Centre has already implemented all the standard provisions, which include, among other things: separate entry and exit routes for visitors, masks, temperature check, and procedures for the sanitation of the premises.
Specifically for EIMA, the number of security officers will be greatly increased to avoid gatherings and to facilitate the orderly flow of visitors. They will also speed up access through online accreditation systems that will avoid queues at ticket offices and stops at turnstiles. During the set-up phase, rapid assembly structures will be preferred, to reduce the time that employees spend at the exhibition. The flow and access management systems will be enhanced also via an APP, which will be immediately downloadable by visitors, and which will indicate the flows of the public in the various pavilions at any time of the day, suggesting the most fluid routes.
Register and take part in the EDP
The registration form, activated on the web pages dedicated to the EIMA digital preview, provides you with username and password to access the online platform for free next November (11/15 November 2020).
After accessing the system, the visitor will be able to search for exhibitors he is interested in, follow the events live or on-demand, and contact the EIMA team for any need.
The exhibiting firms are organized in 14 product sectors/planets, the same as the traditional EIMA sectors. This section will contain all the exhibitors of the physical EIMA, each with a virtual room where it will be possible to watch institutional videos, find product news, browse catalogues, and above all contact the staff to request any information. Visitors can easily conduct their searches by company name, product sector or product.
At the centre of the platform there will be the Agorà, a meeting space where focuses, seminars, events and live shows will be held during the 5 days, offered directly by FederUnacoma, publishers and industry stakeholders. These initiatives can be followed and shared in every corner of the world.
Register now, to ensure access to the digital exhibition dedicated to the world’s agricultural machinery and receive all the updates on the event.
